Two Fathers, Two Sons
An automotive puzzler for you all now. A short one.
Here it is. Two fathers and two sons are embarking on an automotive trip. And it is a long trip too. Roughly 20 hours of driving is needed for this trip.
So, because the trip is so long, they agreed to drive in 5-hour shifts, to break it up a bit. So one person will drive for 5 hours, and then the other. You get the idea.
When they arrived at their destination, they were greeted by some friends. And one of them said, "How was the trip?"
And the guy who did the final leg of the driving said, "Well, it was pretty good, I guess. But I ended up driving for almost 10 hours..."
However, everyone who agreed to drive took their shift and fulfilled their part of the bargain. So, why did this guy end up driving 10 hours?
Hint, they were all licensed drivers. So how did this happen?
Good luck.
